Empty paragraphs can be found using the regular Find & Replace dialog. In the Search For box typeCode: ^$and in the More Options section select Regular Expressions. Now, when you cange the font size or the spacing property of that Paragraph Style, it will change the paragraphs only you applied that paragraph style for.Se my example file. In this file there are non-empty praragraphs with Paragraph style named 'Default', and there are empty lines with style named 'Empty1', and there are lines with 'Empty2'.Now you can adjust the properties of the styles independently.
